Investors sought to develop a premium boutique casino in Seychelles that would appeal to local players, international travellers and VIP guests from the Middle East, while meeting strict regulatory and design standards. The project required experienced guidance in feasibility, design coordination, set-up, and ongoing management to deliver a world-class result.
