Casino Design & Development

Phase 4 Design, Development, and Construction translates the approved casino concept into a fully designed and build-ready gaming facility. This phase focuses on professional casino design, technical planning, procurement, and construction execution, ensuring the project meets regulatory standards, operational requirements, and commercial objectives.

The process begins with appointing architects and specialist casino designers experienced in gaming environments, surveillance, security, and regulatory compliance. Working with New World Gaming Casino Consultants, design teams refine the approved concept and develop layouts that optimise player flow, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.

Concept approval, schematic design, and detailed drawings are progressed in line with regulatory and technical requirements. This includes architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist gaming drawings, providing a coordinated design package suitable for construction and licensing review.

A critical component is the finalisation of the gaming floor layout, including table games, electronic gaming machines, cashier and cage areas, surveillance rooms, count rooms, security, back-of-house operations, and customer amenities. Layouts are designed to maximise visibility, control, and gaming yield while meeting surveillance and compliance standards.

The phase then moves into procurement planning, covering gaming equipment, IT systems, surveillance technology, access control, cash handling, and operational systems. New World Gaming supports supplier selection, specifications, and procurement schedules to align with construction timelines.

Construction and interior fit-out commence following design approvals. This includes structural works, mechanical and electrical installations, and specialist gaming infrastructure. Installation of equipment, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) is coordinated alongside IT systems, surveillance, gaming machines, tables, and support infrastructure.

Phase 4 ensures the casino is physically delivered, technically compliant, and operationally ready for pre-opening, testing, and licensing, providing a seamless transition into Phase 5 Pre-Opening
